Over the weekend there was a garage sale of Harley parts and I saw a pair of road king air shocks....I know, air shocks? But they were cheap and I have been reading that they really help the ride when two up....
Anyway, bought the valves and lines from the dealer and installed them on the Sportster last night. Took about a two hours and that included running to the hardware store for extra washers.
Haven't put two people on it yet. Yes, it did raise it up a bit empty and it rides nice with one.
Nice easy upgrade and pretty affordable...
